FAQs & Holiday Cutoff Schedule

What is your shipping schedule during the holidays? 

Paper & Ink Designs  holiday order cutoff is as follows:


PAPER GOODS
December 9, 2011 for standard shipping
December 12, 2011 for expedited shipping
December  15, 2011 for overnight shipping

PLATES & PLATTERS
These products can take up to 15 business days for production especially during the holiday season before they can be ready to ship. Please plan accordingly given this time frame. This does not include shipping time. Expedited and overnight shipping are available for these products. 

PHONE CASES
These products can take up to 10 business days for production especially during the holiday season before they can be ready to ship.  Please plan accordingly given this time frame. This does not include shipping time.  Expedited and overnight shipping are available for these products.

COASTERS & PAPERWEIGHTS
These products can take up to 10 business days for production before the products can be ready to ship.  Please plan accordingly given this time frame. Expedited and overnight shipping are available for these products.  T

ALL OTHER GIFT PRODUCTS
These products can take up to 7 business days for production before the products can be ready to ship.  Please plan accordingly given this time frame. Expedited and overnight shipping are available for these products.
 

Can I customize? Yes! If you have requests for additional changes to what is currently offered with a product you are interested in ordering, please let us know and we will gladly work with you.  We are happy to help with changing colors, cropping your photos, converting photos to black and white or sepia or adding photos to the back of your holiday card.  Another popular custom option is to have your yearly update letter printed directly on the back of your holiday card.  The fee for customizing your holiday card is a flat $20.00 fee when all changes are made at once.  This includes an electronic proof that will be emailed to you and an approval will be needed before the order goes to print.  Please email custom@paperinkdesigns.com for questions or requests regarding custom changes and our professional in-house designers will be happy to help!


What is the cutoff time for customizing during the holiday season?  It's the busiest time of the year! Please keep that in mind if you would like custom changes made to your order by adding 5 days to the production time.  We will do our best to make your changes as quickly as possible, however, we cannot guarantee receipt of items when custom changes are made in less than the additional 5 days during the holiday season.

 

May I cancel an order?  You may cancel your order as long as it has not gone into production or been shipped.  All cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee.  Please also see our return policy page for further details.


When will my credit card be charged?  Your credit card will be charged as soon as you place your personalized order.  Your order goes into production at that point.

 

Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?  Paper & Ink charges 5% sales tax on all orders which are being shipped within the Commonwealth of Virginia.  All other orders are exempt from sales tax.

 

Can you wrap gifts?  Unfortunately, at this time, Paper & Ink does not offer gift wrapping.
