We strive for our customers to be 100% satisfied.  However, since all of our products are individually personalized and produced for each order, we are unable to accept returns unless there was damage caused during shipping or an error made in the printing/manufacturing of the product.  We kindly request for you to inspect your entire order upon receipt and notify Paper & Ink Designs within 5 days if there is damage or a printing/manufacturing error.  We will happily reprint and reship to you at no cost.

If you decide to cancel your order prior to the order going to the production and printing stage, we will cancel the order and charge a $25 fee. Once your order has gone to print, we are unable to accept cancellation of any order.
